CLASSIC BIKES @ CLASSIC MOTOR SHOW 2008 - 14^m. 15^m and 16^m NOVEMBER

We are extremely pleased to inform you that your club's application for space at this year's Classic Bikes @ Classic Motor Show has been successful.

Club stand space is conditional on the 'show ticket offer advert' being published on all available media platforms to club members only. Magazines / newsletter copies are required.

Please find enclosed the following:

1. Floor plan highlighting your stand 2. Contract - please sign and return 3- Insurance letter - to be completed and returned with contract 4 Copy of Clarion Events' Terms & Conditions

5. Club Contact Details form - this is essential for you to complete and return along with the contract in order for me to keep my records up to date

All Motor Bike club stands will be carpeted along with the gangways around the stands.

Your Information & Order book will be available on our website shortly.

I will be contacting you periodically with special offers and promotional material for your club members.
