The Hesketh Owners Club was founded shortly after the close of the original factory by a group of Owners who met at the Factory Auction. Initially formed to mutually help all owners keep their machines on the road the club quickly developed into a very social club with many events through the year.

With the continued production of the V1000 and Vampire models the club keeps members informed of developments by keeping close liaisons with Mick Broom. Mick continued to produce and develop Heskeths after the second company; Hesleydon: stopped production. We also help members a track down the odd elusive part when Mick is temporally out of stock.

Being; probably; the worlds smallest single make club (and with members all around the world, although all do not own a Hesketh) we constantly want new members to share in and improve all the things we do and most importantly keep Heskeths on the road where they belong.

HOC Camping Weekend at Kelling Heath, Norfolk - 17-19 September 2010

After some very successful events over the summer period is now time to draw and end to the HOC display season; therefore, a planned weekend has been established to do just that and, more importantly, to entice all HOC members and their families to spend a relaxing weekend socializing with other members.  The emphasis is on the members not the bikes.  Whether you have a bike (running or otherwise) or not, this should be an ideal weekend for all club members.

If you so wish, there are plenty of local attractions to visit during the days whether by bike, car, public transport, pushbike or foot, or you may wish to take advantage of the facilities at Kelling Heath itself - www.kellingheath.co.uk. A get together will be held each evening to catch up on the days' events.

As previously mentioned, the Club has secured the 'rally field' and a cabin for six people - from Friday until Monday (approx £125 per room) - of which there are two twin rooms left.  There is plenty of room for caravans and tents at a reduced rate for the event (approximately £12 per tent/caravan per night).

In sum, this is a great location and will be an excellent opportunity to meet up with other HOC Members and conduct many different activities available either on site or in the surrounding area to meet all tastes and interests.  And if this proves successful - I need your support - then I hope to make this an annual event but at different locations throughout the country.  Unfortunately, there has been little interest from members thus far, which is a great shame!

Please get in contact with me if you are at all interested in this fantastic occasion.
Regards,
Scott Greig
